I trained with Amy for seven months, part of it was prior to falling pregnant and then up until 5 months into my pregnancy.
I really enjoyed my training with Amy, as the hour went so quickly and she really made me do things that I thought I couldn’t do or that I would never attempt on my own.
Thanks to Amy’s training I didn’t gain any other unnecessary weight during my pregnancy and at 37 weeks pregnant still fitted into my pre-pregnancy jeans. I also gained strength in my arms and legs that I never had before - which helps a lot when you have a 2 year old that wants to be held and picked up all the time.
I can’t wait to start training again once I have had my baby.
Amy isn’t only a good trainer she also had heaps of advise on healthy eating plans which added to the results. Thanks Amy!
Amy Froneman is an excellent trainer to work with. I have attended her corporate bootcamp classes for seven weeks and enjoyed every second of it.
Every workout session was different. She has the perfect combination of pushing us hard and being warm and supportive and praising all our efforts.

What I liked most about the sessions we did is that they were all different and kept me on my toes, and interested to return for the next one.
We didn’t just spend hours on monotonous cardio machines, instead she incorporated exercises involving kettlebells and did functional, fun and short workouts. Not only did it make the session fly by, but it showed results too.
She’s inspiring, very knowledgeable, well rounded with all the different exercises she programmes and she personally involves herself in your training which I find extremely motivating. Thank you Amy, I wouldn’t have been able to do it without you.
