R300 an hour for 2 people (R150 per person)
R400 an hour for 3 people (R134 per person)
R500 an hour for 4 people (R125 per person)
Small group classes which are limited to ensure you get the best quality coaching and personalised training. All fitness levels welcome as all classes and workouts can be scaled to fit your current fitness level.
Kettlebell classes are 1 hour long and are based on functional fitness training with a mix of kettlebells, battle ropes, bodyweight work, skipping and running. Get fitter and stronger.

R900 for unlimited classes a week
Pure Bells classes are 30 minutes long and cost R400/month for 2x a week
